Working within an intensive planning, design and construction programme we are able to offer site option appraisal, detailed design and construction advice to suit the needs of all types of projects.

Design

All aspects of our design solutions are individually tailored for each specific project.

 

Foundation designs are formulated in conjunction with Geotechnical Engineers and range from shallow mass concrete pads to piles with reinforced concrete ground beams. Where advantageous, ground improvement techniques are utilised to reduce foundation costs, build time or simplify construction.

 

Designs for super-structure vary to suit building type and include loadbearing masonry, framed steel or concrete structures or combinations thereof.

 

External works and drainage designs are formulated in conjunction with all necessary authorities resulting in economic solutions utilising existing drainage outfalls and incorporating on site storage within the drainage system where required.
