Liaison

Our Engineers work closely with the design team to ensure that every job is designed economically and to suit site constraints. Liaison with the Local Authorities and NHBC ensure that all technical issues are considered and resolved, allowing construction on site to progress on programme.

 

Design

Site appraisal / feasibility is offered to clients who require engineers input prior to site acquisition. Alternatively, Aventus Design can provide traditional engineers expertise after site acquisition, using the latest design software, resulting in cost savings and efficient design.

 

External Works

Highway and drainage design is carried out for adoption by the Local Authorities. Private areas are designed in accordance with all relevant standards and codes of practice.

 

Economy

Site levels are designed economically to suit the site topography minimising cut and fill. Site specific foundation solutions are designed to suit ground conditions utilising advanced ground improvement techniques where necessary.
